Registration: prices

The deadline for registering for the conference is 20 February 2027 at 23:59 (Spanish time).

Cancellation information

• If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify escuela.negocios@ua.es immediately.
  The deadline for claiming the money back is 15th Januaty 2027, with an authorised rate of 80%.

(*)Low GDP Countries
Please note that the crucial factor for the reduced fee based on Low GDP is not the country of origin but the country of residence.
The only eligible countries for the Low GDP reduction are:

• African countries
• Asian countries (with the following exceptions: Bahrain, Brunei Darussalam, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, Republic of Korea, Kuwait, Macau SAR, Qatar, Singapore, UAE)
• Latin American countries (exception: Bahamas)
• And the following countries in wider Europe: Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Georgia, Greece, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, North Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey, and Ukraine.

(**) Students must submit the enrolment form for the academic year 2026/27 in the registration form. If the participant is employed at the same time as his/her studies, he/she will not be able to apply for this exemption.
